Singer - Dancer - Actress
Hi everyone, welcome to my website! My name is Arianne (like Marianne, without the M) and I am originally from Buffalo, NY - now located in NYC. I grew up dancing competitively from a young age, thus beginning my love for the performing arts. I branched out into the theatre world in high school, forming a passion for singing and acting to accompany my dance background. In true Libra - Gemini - Gemini fashion, I couldn’t resist dabbling in every performance opportunity I could find: singing for jazz and rock bands around town, learning physical theatre skills such as mime, clowning, juggling, and aerial arts, spending my summers performing Sondheim to Shakespeare, and finishing off my college education with a thesis in French small sword/rapier stage combat. I am a lover of learning, and see each show as an opportunity to grow as a performer and learn more about myself and the world around me.
Though my training is in Musical Theatre, my musical taste ranges from Disco to Motown to Classic Rock to Pop and R&B. My mom raised me on Donna Summer, The Jackson 5, Whitney Houston, Dolly Parton, and Aretha Franklin, while my dad brought along Led Zeppelin, Frank Zappa, The Band, Jimi Hendrix, Billy Joel, The Beatles, and Linda Ronstadt for every car ride. I love discovering new artists and combining them with the classics I was raised on, and even more excited to see how musical theatre is transforming to incorporate so many genres as it evolves.
Thank you for stopping by - I hope we can work together soon!
I am fully vaccinated and boosted.
